Before I came to Lindsey I was struggling with meal prep and planning. I would attempt for a few days and then fall off the path and ultimately give up. I would often get bored with the choices I would make and quickly fall into old snacking habits.
Lindsey helped me by first explaining the basics and laying the foundation for me on what foods to stay away from and why. I really appreciated her enthusiasm for healthy living and the practical application tools she provided me with.
Now I can say I really have a grasp on what foods are most nutritionally beneficial to fuel my body thanks to her guidance and written meal plans.
I not only have a better understanding of what foods do to our bodies, I have the resources to work towards a happier and healthier me.
I highly recommend her for anyone who wants to get healthier but lacks the consistency and knowledge. It was so helpful to learn why certain foods should be avoided rather than just saying I can’t have them because they are bad for me. Her variety of meal plan ideas are so helpful in order to mix things up when a change in pace is needed! Lindsey is very kind and non-judgmental and genuinely wants to help people become the healthiest versions of themselves. She has helped me have more energy and be a happier, healthier mom, dance teacher and friend!

Before I started meeting with Lindsey, I was Really frustrated and overwhelmed with trying to nail down how to live with an elimination diet due to chronic health issues. I desperately needed someone to come alongside me and help me see that “elimination” didn’t have to mean boring or limited. But, first I needed Lindsey’s help to identify what food items were hiding ingredients that were making me miserable.
Lindsey helped me by taking the time to do the research for me on what I should and should not be eating. This totally took the weight and stress off my shoulders and gave me renewed hope that food could be a friend instead of an enemy. Before I started meeting with Lindsey, I had been quite sick for several months, I had lost about 20 pounds. Just walking up the stairs with a basket of laundry left me very short of breath and exhausted.
Now I can say that, thanks to her guidance, I have been eating better, sleeping better, my energy is returning, and my blood sugars have been more stable. I’m no longer losing weight, but maintaining.
It’s such a blessing to have the energy to do things I love, again. I don’t take things, like walking my dog, for granted anymore.
