What should I prepare for my initial consultation/What will it look like?
After you schedule your free initial consulation you will recieve a welcome packet in the mail or through email; which ever you prefer. The packet will contain a welcome letter, client questionnaire, copies of the client waiver, copies of the coaching agreement, your invoice for the first session and a return envelope(for packets that are mailed). The client questionnaire will then be mailed back to me before your first session.The first session will be about 30-45 minutes in length and be a time for us to get to know each other a bit and go over the questionnaire and any questions you may have.
How do I pay for each session?
All online sessions will be paid through Venmo, which accepts both Credit and Debit cards.
Any in-person sessions can be paid by cash, check or credit/debit. Any checks should be made out to Lindsey Fenicle with Healthy Lifestyle Coaching with Lindsey in the notes section.
What will sessions look like after the initial consultation?
Each subsiquent session after the initial session will be 45-60 minutes in length and will work on gaining knowledge, goal setting, developing a plan and executing that plan.

FOR RETURNING CLIENTS: The next session time will be scheduled after each session.
