What is YOUR relationship with food like?

If you can answer yes to any of these questions and want to change the reationship you have with food, I'd love to walk that journey with you to help you succeed in overcoming your specific food struggle.


1. When you eat specific foods, do you eat more than planned and past the point of hunger?

2. Are you concerned that you need to cut down on your eating, or have you tried to cut down, but found yourself unable to do it?

3. Do you go out of your way to get food, eat food, or recover from eating food (causing you to feel slugglish or tired)?

4. Have your cravings/desire for food been so strong that you couldn't think of anything else and needed to eat that food right away?

5. Do you feel the need to eat more than you once did to feel satisfied or relieved?

6. Have you decreased or given up on doing important things in your life as a result of your relationship with food (eating behaviors)?
